The “Balay Ken Sangalubungan: Bahay at Daigdig” exhibition talks about the Vigan houses as an interconnection of culture, architecture, and the daily lives of the Biguenos. Archival records both from the National Archives of the Philipines and abroad together with period artifacts and photographs from private collections tell the story of the Vigan house as a product of economic and environmental factors.

The Balay Ken Sangalubungan exhibit is a collaboration between the National Archives of the Philippines and the First Congressional District of Ilocos Sur. The exhibit was launched on May 8, 2019. It is currently on display at the Balay Mestizo Museum located at the touristy road of Calle Crisologo corner Calle Salcedo in Vigan City. The exhibition opens from Wednesday to Sunday at 4:00 pm in the afternoon until 8:00 pm in the evening.
