In connection with the recent surge of COVID-19 positive cases as well as observance of the health and safety protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force and Department of Health in the time of pandemic, physical witnessing and shredding and actual disposal are suspended until further notice or until the employees performing the said activity have been fully and voluntarily vaccinated.
