Pursuant to MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30, S. 2023, signed on 31 August 2023, declaring work suspension in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region (NCR), the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) Manila offices suspend its operations today, 01 September 2023. This is due to the continuous rainfall caused by the southwest monsoon, and super typhoons “Goring” and “Hanna”.
