Cambios e Intercambios: Spain and the Globalization of Ilonggo Communities was an exhibition mounted at the recently renovated Old Iloilo Provincial Capitol in Iloilo City on 12 June 2015. The exhibition was setup as part of the 117th Philippine Independence Day Celebrations and the Vin d’Honneur which was held for the first time in the Visayas region. A smaller version of the exhibition was also installed at the Santa Barbara Church as part of the flag raising activity conducted in the Province.
The exhibition featured records on the Province of Iloilo from the collection of the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP). It was a partnership between the NAP, the Office of then Senate President Franklin Drilon, the Provincial Government of Iloilo and the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA).
The exhibition was later dismantled and transferred to the newly constructed Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) as part of the entertainment for the attendees of the Asia Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) Meeting held in Iloilo City. The exhibit opened at the ICC on 28 August 2015.
