The National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be fully operational with a 20% skeleton workforce from 8 to 15 September 2021. For health and safety reasons, however, offices will be closed to the public from 8 to 15 September 2021 following the announcement of the Office of the President placing NCR under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

From 8 to 30 September 2021, the NAP’s Regional Archival Network (RAN) offices in Davao City (General Community Quarantine with heightened restrictions) and Mandaue City (General Community Quarantine) will remain open to the public at 50% capacity with a skeleton workforce.

To prevent the need to travel and as a health and safety measures, the public is advised to course inquiries and requests for documents via email through nationalarchives@nationalarchives.gov.ph or thru telephone as well as through the NAP website.

The NAP NCR Temporary Reading Room located at 1765 Paz Mendoza Guazon Street, Paco, Manila, will also be closed from 8 to 15 September 2021. Researchers may call or send an email for questions or for appointments to use the NCR Temporary Reading Room but appointments will only be given for dates after 15 September 2021.
