The NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE PHILIPPINES respectfully advises requesting agencies that a lead time of at least one month is needed to properly process and attend to such requests as office tours, technical assistance, in-house trainings and the approval of Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).

This is necessary for proper scheduling and for the efficient management of resources. Requests made without such a lead time may still be attended to but on a case to case basis with the highest priority given to disaster recovery of records.
