The National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) and its Regional Archival Network in Mandaue City, Cebu, will be open to the public at 50% capacity from 1 to 15 July 2021 based on the declaration by the Office of the President placing NCR and the Province of Cebu Province under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) respectively.

To lessen the need for travel, the public in NCR, Mandaue City, and likewise in Davao City is advised to course inquiries and requests for documents via email through nationalarchives@nationalarchives.gov.ph or thru telephone as well as through the NAP website and Facebook page.

The NAP’s Regional Archival Network offices in Davao City will be under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) and will be closed to the public during the period mentioned above. For questions please use email, telephone, NAP website, and Facebook page.

Please note that the NAP Temporary Reading Room in Manila will be open only to researchers with confirmed appointments. Please refer to the new protocol for using the Temporary Reading Room, given the current situation.
