The National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be closed to the public from 12 to 30 April 2021. This is in keeping with the  11 April 2021 declaration of the Office of the President placing NCR under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).

The NAP’s Regional Archival Network offices in Davao City (General Community Quarantine) and Mandaue City (Modified General Community Quarantine) will continue to be open to the public at 50% capacity with a skeleton staff.

The public in the NCR is advised to course inquiries and requests for documents via email through nationalarchives@nationalarchives.gov.ph or through telephone as well as through the NAP website and Facebook page. To lessen the need for travel, members of the public in Davao City and Mandaue City are also encouraged to do the same.

Please be advised that health and safety protocols such as disinfecting, wearing of masks and face shields, as well as social distancing shall be strictly implemented in all NAP offices.
