The National Capital Region (NCR) and Davao City will be under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until 28 February 2021. National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in Manila and Davao City will therefore remain closed to the public until further notice. NAP offices in both cities will continue to serve the public by phone or by email through a skeleton staff.
Mandaue City will continue under Modified GCQ. The NAP Office in Mandaue will be open to the public albeit operating at 50% capacity with a skeleton staff. Phone and email inquiries will also be entertained.
Please note that health and safety protocols such as disinfecting, wearing of masks and face shields, and social distancing shall be strictly implemented in all NAP offices.
To lessen the need for travel, the public is encouraged to course inquiries and requests for documents through email@example.com or thru telephone as well as through the NAP website and Facebook page.
