The National Capital Region (NCR) and Mandaue City will be under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until 31 August 2020. National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in Manila and Mandaue will therefore remain closed to the public until further notice. NAP offices under GCQ will continue to serve the public by phone or by email through a skeleton staff.
Davao City remains under Modified GCQ. The NAP Office in Davao is open to the public albeit operating at 50% capacity with a skeleton staff. Phone and email inquiries will also be entertained.
Please note that health and safety protocols such as disinfecting, wearing of masks and social distancing shall be strictly implemented in all NAP offices.
