The National Capital Region (NCR) will be under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) from 4 to 18 August 2020. The National Archives of the Philippines’ (NAP) office in Manila will be closed to the public. All inquiries can be made through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The NAP will do its best to address the needs of the public given the situation.
The NAP office in Mandaue City continues under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and will also be closed to the public. The Mandaue office will continue its services by phone or by email through a skeleton staff.
Davao City is now under Modified GCQ. The NAP Office in Davao is open to the public albeit operating at 50% capacity with a skeleton staff. Phone and email inquiries will also be entertained. Please note that health and safety protocols such as disinfecting, wearing of masks and social distancing shall be strictly implemented.
To lessen the need for travel, the public in Cebu and Davao is encouraged to course inquiries and requests for documents through email or thru the NAP website and Facebook page as well as through the following telephone numbers and email addresses.
