The province of Pangasinan is ranked 3rd in the top ten flood-prone provinces in the country, based on a  list released by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Mines and Geo-Sciences Bureau (DENR-MGB). Flooding is dangerous, and it must not be taken lightly. We cannot stop natural events from happening, but we can do something to prevent them from causing great damage. It is important that we must always be ready for them before they happen.

In this regard, we are conducting a seminar-workshop on RECORDS RECOVERY AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS (RRDP) on May 9-10, 2018, in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Target participants will be record officers and custodians of national government offices including state colleges/universities and local government units within Pangasinan. This workshop is designed to teach participants to plan, organize, and be aware of procedures before, during, and after a disaster occurs.

We are inviting government offices and agencies within Pangasinan to attend the said seminar-workshop. This is live-out and free of charge. We can accommodate strictly two (2) participants from each government office or agency.

The exact venue of the seminar-workshop shall be posted on this website starting April 30, 2018.

Kindly send us back your accomplished nomination forms on or before May 4, 2018, to confirm your attendance which will be listed in our database. Likewise, please bring and present your approved confirmation upon registration. Nomination forms below can be downloaded.
