The National Capital Region (NCR) will be under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until 30 November 2020. National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) offices in Manila will therefore remain closed to the public until further notice. NAP offices in Manila will continue to serve the public by phone or by email through a skeleton staff.
Davao City and Mandaue City will be under Modified GCQ. The NAP Offices in Davao and Mandaue are open to the public albeit operating at 50% capacity with a skeleton staff. Phone and email inquiries will also be entertained.
Please note that health and safety protocols such as disinfecting, wearing of masks and face shields, and social distancing shall be strictly implemented in all NAP offices.
To lessen the need for travel, the public is encouraged to course inquiries and requests for documents through nationalarchives@nationalarchives.gov.ph or thru telephone as well as through the NAP website and Facebook page.
